My dad's Berber agate doesn't have the dramatic banding that Brazil agate (and many other nodules -- Fairburn, for example) have. The piece Chris cut is typical. But it does have some beautiful pink, peach, and orange colors. Like Brazil agate, there's quite a bit of it available. America is kind of a rockhound-come-lately to the Berber agates. They've been selling it in Europe for much longer.
I have no idea how my dad acquired his supply ... but he didn't get them in Utah.
